So I've got to drive to Minnesota and was wondering what are cool places to to see in east Oklahoma and Kansas as well as western Arkansas, Missouri and Iowa. May come back through Nebraska and Kansas so just wondering what's out there that stood out to people and if there is anything that you got to see along the way or in Minnesota. Thanks

In 2004 I made a trip to MN. It was during harvest, so the most impressive things I saw had to do with the number of grain carts being pulled down the highway by a single tractor, and the mountains of corn.
The best scenery of the entire trip was around Waconia, MN which if I recall is just west of the twin cities.

Going in August I am afraid most of what I'm going to see will be standing corn but hopefully I can catch a glimpse of a few old farm houses and equipment etc. I look forward to seeing the scenery along the way. Going to try to knock out 550 miles a day and do it in two days each way. Going to be a long drive but I hate flying and I like to see the countryside.

I drug a 42' horse trailer when I went, and spent most of my time in covered arenas and barns, looking at potential brood mares.
Houston to Waconia, with a stop in Argyle, TX. Then over to Souix Falls to the finest horse facility I have ever seen, then south to Houston.
The ranch we stayed at in Waconia had an old dairy barn built into the side of a hill, rolling pastures, and draft horses that they used for sleigh rides in the winter. The guy also baled alfalfa/brome mix, and used a bale kicker and wagons with tall sides to haul his square bales. Very different from what I've seen down here.
