Smoked a 3 point this morning nothing to brag about but needed the meat! Didn't run far but still let the deer dog do some tracking for warm up for the season.  I didn't take much photos other than after the fact other than in tha cooler |

O yea, been watchin a couple for the last 2 months. No monsters but good deer for the lease.   If i coulda got danielle outta bed yesterday mornin i woulda been in that stand lol. After i killed that doe friday i told her it was her turn, she didn't get up yesterday so i slept in too. She missed a doe this mornin, got buck fever bad lol. She is shootin a compound. Diamond infinite edge, she's suprisingly good with it at 20yds on targets but the dreaded buck fever got the best of her.

I'm about to pull my hair out because I can't kill a doe... haven't even seen one. Our lease rules are that everyone has to shoot a doe before your buck. The rut is about to bust wide open later this week... I watched 7 bucks over the weekend. I've got two on camera I've been watching all year... gonna cry if one steps out before I kill a doe.
