I'm going to sell three of these pups. There sire is a deep hunting cow dog. Work until he dies type. He goes back to the Old Thorton blood, traced back to Thorton's Slim, with Johnson's Ckyde and Moore's Spook and Shive's Slim along in his ancestry. A number one dog that is a proven reproducer. Mom is out of Owen's Bear which goes back to the Ricky Driver dogs. Used on cattle and hogs.
The first cross has pups being used by Doug Shive's on cattle, Some in south east Texas on hogs, some in south east Ok on cows and hogs and the ones I kept on cattle. From all reports these pups are doing a really good job.
I have 3 males to sell the rest as the whole of the last litter are being put in hunters and cowboys hands plus what I keep. They'll be weened this weekend and ready by next. I will be traveling from NE Ok to south central in a couple of weeks and could help get one closer if your coming from that direction.
Pups will have first shots and be wormed. Pups, may be red it fawn.
