We just picked up a half sister to my PJ gyp (Amerigo), and we're thinking about crossing her over a game bred APBT. How's he bred? And is he a seasoned CD?

I know nothing of his breeding might be good might not but you can look at his build and tell he came from good stock. Now being a proven dog means different things to different people. Ask ole Robert Mccurry he has seen him in action or just look at my post in the dogs on hogs most of the pigs I have caught in the last yr and half he caught. Every time I let him go I have no worries about what he can do.

For catch dogs in my opinion it is more important in how they do there jobs than how they are bred. And this comes from a guy who can trace his peds back 15 or 20 generations. A pretty ped on an APBT just doesn't have much to do with how good a catchdog it is. It can tell you some things about the dog but a lot it can't. This dog definitely has the correct build to be well bred and apparently can do the job. Good luck with him Judge.
