What catch vest do y'all use on your catch dogs? I'm thinking about getting the beast catch dog vest from hardcorehogdogs. If any of you have that one how do y'all like it? Just curious to see what catch vest people have and if they like it.

I have two vests from Hardcore; they are/were both good vest.  I dont hink you will be disapointed.

If I had to try another, I would try the Wild Boar/Ugly dog version Guardian- I really like the neck protection design.

I recently purchased two vest from Larry Paris- I like them both but have not used them enough to have a stong opinion.

I've been looking into 4R cut gear versus hardcore and can't decide on which one to get. For those of you tha have ran with either of these how do y'all like them? Do they hold up well? If you can post some pictures too please. Thanks!

Hard core is good gear. When I bought my current vests I weighed between hardcore and southern style. I ultimately chose southern style but hardcore was right there. What hardcore gear I have seen has been real good.

Hard core! Used P&P too heavy and both of mine got pass threws very well made tho. If P&P used the military grade Kevlar mike uses they would be hands down the best but he uses ballistic nylon and about 8 layers vs 2 layers on hardcore vest I have yet to see a pass threw on ours

I run the guardian titan with 5 layers , a very pricey vest but I have two CDS at 7 and 8 , as for pass threws , you meet the right hog ain't no vest bullet proof , also there service is second to none ,

Talking about the Hardcore Vests...  which one would yall recommend going with?  Tank, Beast, etc...
Also, what are yall's suggestions for protection for those 'a little too gritty' bay dogs?  I hunt in the summer, so I'm thinking that most vests would make the bay/running dogs overheat.
