Done some huntin on a kubota and a mule neither will get around over 20mph and the mule will not climb.

I don't know much about the Honda UTV but if its anything like the atv's I'd seriously have to consider it.

I've riden in the Rhino and the Rangers. Those are the only two I have drove. However, based off of size of bed, speed, power, and smoothness of ride ratings, I would have to say Ranger. On top of that, there is a big difference in the 500 vs 700 (2010 models now 800) for the Rangers.

I'm partial to a mini truck if rigged out right. 8inch lift 28inch tires and enough speed, power, and room in the bed for more dogs then you'll ever need. Not for everyone but I'm satified.

Im a big fan of the Rhino, alot of power, not to wide for the woods. I will be getting one soon, but have been on hunts with one before.

i think that where you hunt has alot of factors in purchasing a UTV. For example if you hunt in south or west texas where it is real open and alot of roads i would go with a larger UTV like the Ranger. But if your hunting in east texas or louisiana where there is alot of trees, thickets,and not many roads and such, you would want something more compacked and easy to minuver like the Rhino. Just my 2 cents

But if your hunting in east texas or louisiana where there is alot of trees, thickets,and not many roads and such, you would want something more compacked and easy to minuver like the Rhino. BINGO! A Rhino can go places that my TransMule cannot, and my TransMule can go places a RangerCrew cannot. But the Trans and Crew can haul additional people that the Rhino cannot. |

If you are driving throught the woods, over ditches, and making your own roads at times, you can't beat the rhino.....doesn't have quite as much room as some of the others, but the others can't go where the rhino does....if you hunt in east texas the rhino is king...
