I seen on Facebook where some guys caught a big 790lb hog I think it said In Clyde texas was any of you guys on that hunt or know the fellows. It's not every day a 790lb hog is caught unless it comes out of a pen I was just curious as to where they thought it might have been tame or was it wild as a deer?

Wyatt Walton (WW-CC) and I are the two who caught him. He was a domestic hog (duroc) but he wasn't a pet as many are trying to say. He was raised in a bay pen his whole life, and released over 6 months ago about 5 miles down stream from where we caught. Having been raised in a bay pen, and left to roam along the Leon River for a half a year turned him into quite a feral hog. He was very mean, very strong, and very pissed off. I could go on, but I'm about worn out from having to explain this story to everyone. I will post a link of the newspaper article that goes into a little more detail. It makes me no difference whether people think he is a pet hog or not. Just want people to hear the right story as I'm sure there are multiple rumors going around. http://theflashtoday.com/2015/01/18/hunters-bag-tie-790-pound-boarzilla-hog/If you have any questions, feel free to ask

Thank y'all. JDT, as of now we have decided not to go the Tennessee route. We received an offer for the same amount from a ranch in east Texas. We may not sell him for months though, if at all.
