One my good dogs lastnight got her ear split in half all the way up, cleaned it up but after that her ear is just flapping around split in half all way up. What to do?

Put a few stitches in it up the outside of the ear. Spray wounds spray along the inside of it, antibiotics for a few days.

Then you can splint it and wrap with vet wrap so it won't get banged up

Thanks JP, got her fixed up hopefully it will grow back together if not she will have a scissor ear. Mite look pretty cool...

Sometimes ear cartilage has a hard time healing. On a female I had, after stapling it back together, I took two pieces of cardboard & taped it over the ear & then used vet wrap to keep it up against her head so she could not shake her head. Then put a cone on her to keep her from scratching it. Sounds like overkill but it healed just fine.
