It could be a fullblood pit from a leopard line, but yes, at first glance id say cat pit cross, more than likely a cat to blue pit cross. more importantly than what we say, hows he work and what do you say he is?

One of the better known carnathan stud dogs was once advertised as a catahoula bulldog stud many many moons ago, I've seen an old ad he put in a magazine before he was known for his yeller dogs.

With them radar ears I would say Elephant x pit.

Just kidding....looks like she would scoot to a bay!

Cute dog for sure. I actually was just in a drawn out convo the other day with an individual who was dead set that they had a "pure" merle APBT.  Sigh.

I have had heeler pit cross before very unstable dog had to put her down for biting every thing that moved I would not recommend that cross unless you wanted a very hostile guard dog lol

no telling i guess. i do know that she should be able to hear a bay from a mile away with those ears.
the dog was giving to me free so if she dont catch no loss here i just thought she was a crazy looking dog and been looking for a shorter catch dog for the brush. the way she acts around a pig in a pen no dought she will catch but we will see how well pretty soon.

There were some merle APBT's some years back that were claimed to be pure. Don't know if they were or not but after some research the ADBA refused to register them due to health issues. They have died out in the registered world.

I would def guess pit/cat with bat ears. There are still a lot of gamebred pits that have those bat ears. I like her glass eye, good luck with her.

Chance Ward used to have some pits that were leopard. Now of course he started them with a cat cross then inbred, out crossed and line bred to keep the leopard trait in em, but over the years they got to where they were "full blooded" pits, not pure obviously, but pretty dang close while still maintaining the gene for leop's
I always wanted one real bad but he doesn't make em anymore, I don't know the name of this one, but I always thought he was sure a handsome dog!
