Training dogs is not about quantity, it's more about timing, the right situations, and proper guidance...After that it's up to the dog...

I did too n sent it to my wife but not sure if she took the time to do it.
I hope it is singed into law, but i also hope that as a condition of being able to carry, open or concealed, they require more education and more advanced training for both. There is a bill for a higher requirement on the chl side, but open carry should require more class and hands on training with a better education on the legal side and repercussions of possibly having to use the weapon in defense of ones self or someone else in need. An added proposal should be a shield from civil penalties AFTER an investigation has been conducted and the shooter/s were found justifiable in the shooting. And actually, that should go for both open and concealed carry.
A lot will boil down to responsible gun owners and responsible and reasonable usage of the weapon against a threat

We have open carry here in MS. Its embarrassing how many people gasp or look at me like I'm about to commit an armed robbery because I have my pistol holstered in plain view. Sad that more people here don't exercise their right to do so! Hope it gets passed and y'all can open carry too.
