She is directly off ole dog and solid family bred with no  outs.  Last of the Mohichans is what she is.  I dont think there is many if any alive directly off the old dog himself maybe one other that I know of.  I got grandsons and granddaughters and her the daughter.  Thats the reason I breed atleast two breedings are so every year to keep it all alive crosses are family dont matter.  If you dont u are just one lucky lick to kill not only the dog but the family goes with it out the door.

Funny you say that THD my Father in law and I were discussing that just the other day, we were talking about the line of catch dogs they yrs ago  had and once they bred them how they wanted them they slacked off breeding them and it took just a few bad hunts to put that line out of business, I raise two maybe three litters a yr  depending on who it is just to keep me in the blood, I almost slipped up and let this line of cur I hunt get killed off a few yrs ago.

Yeah I dont think the regular hunter undrtstands what it takes to breed, raise , cull, hunt and keep a bloodline alive and well.  Ive seen great bloodline of dogs go down the drain from lack of breeding .
