U can soop up the treager also. We have one that burns hotter we cook on at the store. Makes a mean steak. One of our salesmen has been using his for over 10 years on a regular basis. Very nice smoker but verry expensive  as well. It is funny to watch folks flock in for pellets prior to an ice storm because they plan to use the smoker if power goes out. Lol

thats exactly my point shotgun. they may good, but ONLY if there is electrical power. I'm trying to get my crew chief to allow an alternate cook source (wood burning) for when we go into areas of logging where we may be based on a landing with no other means of power except our small genny.

3rd party NDE technician for 7yrs in refineries and chemical plants. I work for JV industrial currently (3.5yrs) as either the onsite QC manager or as a piping superintendent, whichever is needed on a project by project basis. I enjoy the QC more as I have a strong inspection background and it comes easy to me but running as a piping superintendent has its perks aside from feeling like a babysitter to welders and fitters occasionally  Grin.............. pretty much my job consists of making sure that my employees have everything needed to complete a job in a safe timely manner, I handle ordering of ALL materials from grinding disks to welding machines and all other necessary equipment........ I can't complain though, I'll never get rich doing it but I make enough to support myself my other 1/2 and the little one and still have enough left over to afford the occasional toy here and there.

I am the sr blaster for an explosive company. I do mostly production shots in rock quarries but will do some construction blasting. I also run a ranch as the hunting manager and outfit hunts on a few other places for whitetail and exotics.

Fire Department for about another year and a half, then I'm retiring out after 34 years. Now maybe I'll get to do some hunting.

My pleasure, getting up to work and raising a family traveling around the nation with the wife in the military took me completely out of the hog and dog action.  Except when we get back to Hawaii to visit, with some luck and God willing, I'll be able to contribute to the posting with successful reports in a couple years.
