I went to their site and was doing some looking, along with the constitutional sheriff site and went to the tx link to see what counties in Texas signed the petition and vowed NOT to enforce or uphold ANY anti gun/ammo bills/laws that come from the federal government. Surprisingly, there are a lot of counties who either don't know about the petition, know and don't care or know about it, will not enforce any laws, but don't wanna be know to the rest of the country. Looking on it the link, I saw my county was NOT on the list of petition signers. Guess I need to make an appointment to visit with the sheriff and ask about his stance on anti gun laws and see if should vote for him come reelection time.

I urge all of yaw, not just Texans, to find out where your sheriff and governor stands on enforcing anti gun/ammo laws and become or continue to be a voice for ALL of our constitutional rights, NOT just the sec amendment. There is always something to do with animal/hunting laws folks on here are trying to drum up support for, rarely do I see anything on constitutional rights. GOD gave us humans dominion over the wildlife of the earth, so I say the he!! with any law that goes against what God granted us the rights to 1000s of yrs before any form of governmental rights came into play.

yep  I know in texas we need to adopt the Kansas law that was just signed by their gov. which is an PERMITLESS open and concealed carry  . that is what the 2nd amendment is all about  , but at least gov. elect abbott is heading in the right direction something in which gov. perry and his bid for president was keeping a lid on his views and actions about it  .

Im sure the low support will shut the bill down. To many fence swingers and not enough folks out there promoting the positives to sway the swingers towards the 2nd smendment side.
