Used this stuff called y-tex gardstar that I mixed up in a pump up sprayer and sprayed pens and dogs. There are no flies in the pens or on the dogs and it's been over a week.

I bought some of there ear tags a month ago and they have kept the flies and knats off my dogs pretty good.

Thanks I will try those also. I keep my pens really clean but that doesn't stop them flies from wanting to hang out where it's cool and bother my bulldogs ears.

They were bothering my blueheelers eyes it took a few days but they left him alone my other dogs werent getting bothered to bad but you have to get i thank 20 tags so i just put one on all them. There permethrin based so im hoping itl help with fleas and ticks. Im not sure how long theyl last but im keeping a close eye on my dogs so il know when to change them.

The spray last little over two weeks and my friend said it kills ants and spiders also. It has really worked good in my kennels.
