Any 1 know a young kid in the Athens Tx area that would wanta go to work? 6days a week $13.50 & $85 a day per Demi. Gona be 5-6 mths worth a work welder helping on that 30 inch line that's coming thru there. Need to have a vehicle. And be a hard worker, experience isn't that big a deal as long as they are willing to learn and work hard.

Dang I wish I was closer, I'd be all over this one.  I'm not a young kid (27) but I will work my tail off and would love for somebody to teach me how to weld. The money ain't bad either and I could sure use it right about now.

I am about  3 hours from savannah. But I would "temporarily" stay out of town for the right opportunity.

Not being rude. I was told by that welder boss that he had over 400 welders call him trying to hire out on that job. If I had to guess if he don't know you or you aren't being highly recommended by some one it's going to be hard to get on that one.

I tried getting ahold of my friend today that's got that job in savannah I didn't have any luck, soon as I hear from him I'll let you know something. I think that deal over there is suppose to last about a year.
