Mine will all bay anything over 100 pounds the majority of the time. Sometimes they'll get froggy and catch a good one that either don't have much fight in him or they get in a tight spot and its catch or be caught lol. They get gritty on a runner but will back up and bay once they get him stopped. That is the style I was after though. I don't have to worry about running a 50 pound pig for miles and I don't have to worry about having a good size meat hog chewed up before I get there with the bulldog.

That is how I like mine to, im not much for dogs that are cut up all the time but dont want to be chasing little runners all night either. GSP's defiantly have hunt

My newest addition named Buddy, out of Fred x Lil Ann. Lil Ann is Ben's bitch, and is out of Blake's Zig x Iowa cross.

Buddy is 7 weeks old.

Still have the old man ninja Fred... he's 10+ years old now. I still have PJ, Lady, and Red. I also feed and house a couple dogs that Blakebh and I have partnered up on. Doodle, Domina, and Stewball. Baus is still kicking it as well, and coming up on 11 years old. I'll have to take a couple more recent pics of the others. We also have Ice on loan from Aaron and Courtney, out of UDR's Cotton x PJ cross, on the yard right now to breed to Doodle when she comes back into heat. Really looking forward to that cross to make the 7th gen Amerigo.

Stewball

How are they bred Artem?

Unknown-they were both shelter dogs.

The black appears to be mostly pit/catahoula-he has grey merle spots on his legs and his sister in the same pen had blue and green eyes.  He bays a bit, will trail by scent and sight, and catches and wont let go for anything.

The yellow appears to be part BMC and maybe some sorta sighthound? He is real tall and leggy, runs like crazy, bays, will hunt by scent and sight and also will catch and not let go for anything-he does tend to favor a hamstring on small hogs.  He is the reason I started hog hunting, as he had a lot of negative behaviors and exceptional prey drive, endless energy, so needed a job.

They have only been on hogs for two months in an 8 acre bay pen so far -the trainer says they are doing real well and he's proud of them.   Im  working on teaching them to follow scent trails in the woods at home and trash breaking right now so I can hunt with them for real.  They are so cool to watch hunt together.
