Been saying i was going to do this for FAR too long now, finally got around to startin it.

I have a 16" dovetail i haul my buggy on and i wanted a trailer that i could leave attached to the buggy when transporting so i opted for a single jetski trailer as my base to keep it narrow. I picked up a used trailer for 200$ of facebook and promptly cut it up and took what i needed and began the build. It is 40" inside the box, 48" to outside the wheels and 6' long, it will have a side gate, divider gate and rear gate when finished.

Im not 100% sure yet what i am going to do up top, im considering either dox boxes and a bench seat combo or a 6" raised rail all the way around and a bench seat up front or i may exclude the bench seat all together and do a different combination ( any opinions will be greatly appreciated)

Anyhow here are some pics of the build so far. Doesnt look like it but i have quite a bit more to finish including hanging the divider door and installing the latch, welding in 2 more 1" supports in the floor and 2 more to the ceiling, dropping in and tacking the floor, (4x4 utility panel) and laying 3/4" horse mat cut to fit to cover the panel and the same for the top.... and cutting 1/2" plywood to fit in the divider gate as well as on the front facing the buggy.......off the top of my head haha.

Looks good bin laden jr.  Grin but wouldnt it have been cheaper to buy one already built, like mine?  Grin im just funning you man. But seriously, its looking good. Looks similar to what i built. I put the smallest highway rated tires i could find so i could pull it behind my atv/dog trailer. When i get hm in a couple wks, ill txt u some pics of my lil pig waggon, but your side, divider and rear gate idea, along with a bench seat up top, i did to mine in stages. Foot rest area was open at first, then i closed it in where i could put a dog or 2, a cooler or jugs of fuel n water or a closed in foot rest. I put a guillotine divider and rear gate and i chopped the axle down so the wheel width would be 48". I think u found my buil pics and started copying my design. Im gonna have to go to the pattern office and lodge a complaint.

I would go with the dog box and put a seat in the bed of the buggy but from the looks of it its gonna be a good looking rig no matter what you do to it

Yea yea yea francis. I was going to put a bench seat up front with a step across the front but im still undecided. Leanin towards goin a different route.

Im leanin heavily towards doin this to be honest. A couple dog boxes on the back 1/2 and a 6" raised rail around the rest for coolers and whatever else.
