Me Kp and momma went to my buddy's spot get out there it's 83 and humid. Never the less we take off get in the woods a bit cowboy starts picking up the pace hits a mud hole and out jumps a hog they run him off the property had to go call em off cowboy was bout to stroke out got him on the buggy and cooled him down moved on they get on a group cowboy runs one down caught hog then we had a 4 hr adventure trying to get to flash and bubba finally get with in a mile or less pick them back up on Garmin they are bayed then we can hear em. Takes a good hr to go 1/2 mile on foot get close and he broke started hollering and they came back had to make our way to county rd to get picked up lol.

Just got home like to have lost my mind cowboy couldn't walk legs swollen up real bad. I told Kp why didn't you check him this morning. I got him on the couch with a fan gave him meds I hope it wasn't the heat he is acting real alert just don't won't to use his front legs

I had a dog get to hot one time after that every time I took him he had heat strokes I hope ur dog pulls out of it man

Man I hope he's ok... the swollen legs would worry me. I've never seen that from overheating.

Thanks guys. Well momma just got him back from vet. He is fine no heat stroke just slap wore out.  The legs where from a reaction to bullneedles. Few meds and few days he be fine sure was glad. He is a important part of my operation

Ya I sure will. I keep cooler of ice water when it's warm but it was just hot when we dropped the dogs should have held him back lol.

Glad to hear it was just the nettles... when I hear limbs swollen I think internal injuries. I've seen it a few times and the out come wasn't good.

He has swollen up before usely one leg so I thought it was just a mild sprain that was due to his size. But now I know what was doing it. All the swelling is gone I let him out today he ran around like he ready to go so I am a happy boy again
