I got a BMC gyp with 14 pups about 2 weeks old. Any way I have the box where they sleep right outside a window. I hear the pups yelping and crying in pain. Not a normal wine. I get close to the window and I can hear the gyp growl angrily and some shuffling inside the box. I quickly go outside to see what is going on and when I look in her box, she has 12 of the pups in a corner except for the runt and the other small pup! I couldnt believe that she is actually trying to feed the smaller pups more and pushing the other big pups away. I was supplementing the smaller pups with milk replacement, but I might stop if she continues to do this.
Has anyone ever seen that before?

I got a pit gyp that will feed the whole litter 2 at a time but i keep her in a bigger pen where she can move away from the other pups and she always raises a healthy litter.
