I have a 2008 Honda foreman And it started flashing N on the screen . It would sometimes shift to 1st but then flash that .
I googled it and came up with changing out the " angle sensor " .. As far as I can tell I think it fixed the problem .
Anyone else have this happen ?

You're shifting motor could be going out. Mine done that and put a new shifting motor on it. Is it a electric shift?

Has it done any grinding? Mine grinds when you shift. But mine has been sunk. An it's also a '10 420 rancher. About to put my third shifting motor on it. But I can tear up a steel ball lol. Mine will also start flashing and I can beat on the shifting motor or loosen it and it will release. It hangs up I mostly leave it in one gear and crank it with the clutch because of it. It's nothing but trouble.

Also the gear number blinking on any gear is a code. Count the number of blinks then google.
