I image, as long as it's not surrounded by houses. If it is, I'd probably just bow hunt it... then you have to worry about getting permission to track your deer if it gets off the place.

Going to depend on hunting pressure around you if there is a bunch of people with small tracks around you that hunt I would pass but if they are non hunters or big properties I would try it

i might have to pass and keep looking there would be nothing but hunters out there but then again its sw texas everbody hunts deer.

10 acres is the smallest you can legally hunt on in Texas.  10 acres next to a Forrest no problem.
