Have two pups I just picked up that have big  egg size bumps on there heads any one have any idea what it could be

If they are egg sized, that is not normal at least for a dog that is less than 12 weeks of age.

i ain't seen them pups but around here they call'em tree knots . meaning their sposed to tree . but then again i never heard of a man telling a story just to sell a dog  Grin Grin Grin

My pup had a golf ball sized one now it's gone she was 8 weeks when I got her n she had it till about 6 months

Raised a litter last summer and one of the males has a knot on his head that looks like a wart, mash it and a Pearl white waxy like fat hard mush comes out, week or so later it'll start getting big again, never gets any bigger than a dime, got a gyp out of another litter that was born with an  umbilical cord on her head she to has a permanent knot no bigger than a dime but nothing ever comes out of it...

Ironically I named them
Knot head and knotty..
