Have a bunch of sucker rod and was wanting to do something with it, anyone ever used sucker rod to build kennels, would like to see some pics for ideas thanks in advance

I did. I had two sets of above ground kennels and after washing them out daily, they rusted out in about 3 years. I used sucker rod on a concrete slab welded onto plates and so far so good.

Had some built outa 2" it's still holding up fine, my father in law built it years ago, only thing like already mention is they rust, dog piss will rust them out, best bet if your going to go with the project is to find some sort of paint or something to treat the metal with wherever the dogs come into contact or close contact with...
