I've had some cut thrus on mine too.  I love the design of the bib so I recently had Wild Boar USA make one with two layers of kevlar added to it.  The new bib is significantly more stout.  If you are running one on a CD, and it looks like you are, I highly recommend this new model.

Cull buck did you notice the extra strap we added . It makes a world of difference.

cull buck i do run this on my cd. It is only about six months old, i think the suicide catch tatics this dog likes to use have something to do with it
