When I got there I seen my Bailey gip covers in blood poked in the guts that's the third time in two years, got down to him and he broke and the race was on! He was going back to his side of the mountain were he belonged. Chace and I looked for my gip and I thought she was hung up in the brush but she was gone. When I got to the truck and looked at my garmin they were lighting his ass up right at a mile. Looked for her on screen and no Bailey ! Zoomed in and there she was in the stack. At1.4 I heard ole rambler go woo woo wo and he was parked. When I got close and parked stepped
Out and nothing reached for garmin and faintly heard them crap! I knew they were deep in a cave. Heard him charge several times and back back into cave. Came in from the top and nothing , I saw rambler right in front were he always is with a major leak in armpit . If I loose him I'm screwed ! The boar charged out blew every body back into the creek and said "come on boys get you some of this" and I did with the dirty thirty! He never knew I was there. I spent next day in surgery, Bailey got punched twice in gut and rambler got triceps cut to and off again bone. Alls well they will be out for a while. Little girl is already moved to front of pack and should really bloom with the man out for a while.[/url]

Good lord now thats a nice hog! Must just be something in the water over there because almost every boar you post regardless of size has some huge shanks on them.

The Hillcountry is a really tuff place to hunt. Starting pups here is really difficult they either get kicked out of the race or you can't get onto anything but boars so I just keep throwing them back in the race and sewing them up and hopeing I can get em to make dogs and still alive at 3 years old. I get so frustrated but I have to remember where I'm hunting . I would rather hunt on a mountain that would make the man from snowey river crap his pants then in a swamp or rose hedge thicket any day.
