Well me and my boy decided to do this one last min. My boy drove up to montys and paid him as he came back it was time to hunt. We caught few good hogs just fell short on lbs. did catch some good teeth tho. Bubba dog got on a very big hog ran him a mile cross a good size lake him and cowboy had him caught and fighting in the water for 30 min plus the boys tryed to swim the hundred yards plus to the other side but the water was just to cold. I watched the hog swim back cowboy caught him in the middle of that lake and they went under few seconds later cowboy poped up and the pig swam back to the other side lil girl was the only dog barking at this point so I feared the worst. Cowboy came up to my side of the lake by this time Kp had humpped the 1/2 mile back to the buggy and was driving around the lake. We watch the hog turn back and swim the lake again we where with in 75 yards. Cowboy was in a ball and could move much. Mean while tootsie was bobing up and down in the lake she was caught on something she got lose and made it to us. I heard bubba make one bark I guess that was his way of saying I am out. Kp gets to him and hauls ass to me bubba just barely hanging on I gave him mouth to nose for ten min and he finally came to but was very weak couldn't hold his head up. Got him in the truck and hauled butt to the vet. Well he pulled thru once again so far vet said he probly be just fine in few days. That hog like to cost me some good dogs. He knew how to use that lake to save himself.
