Cut my Possum dog on a big hog track crossing the road, he wallered it for 20 minutes and didn't seem like he was going to work it out. Started easing up the road and he just kept making bigger loops. He was looping out about 450 making big circles. We go left and he goes right. We stopped to listen and watch the garmin. He goes 680 and starts talking to them. Goes to 850 and is bayed hard. Another guys dog goes to him and starts baying. We get to 40 yards and cut bulldogs loose. Ol Hammer catches a good sow and s young dog catches a big boar. Big hog is slinging this young bulldogs feet 4-5 feet in the air. He slingshots him and cuts out. 2 dogs roll with him and we drag the sow out and head to them. They bay in s bad spot .58 from us get there and ol Hammer nails him. Weighed 240 on the scales. He tore Hammers ear all but off, waiting to pick him up at the vets. Good vets are worth a lot. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Got ol Hammer back. Couple weeks and he should be good to go. 46 stitches on the outside and 21 on the inside. Man them bulldogs are all heart. He weighed 46 lbs. on the vets scales. He is good natured and laid back. No whining or barking. Everyone that goes with him likes him and wants him. Don't drag to a bay, run loose hunting horseback or ride a 4- wheeler.

Thanks guys, he isn't very big but he's all heart. I think he's the only one who doesn't know he's hurt. Doing good though. He'll get at least 2 weeks off, finish the antibiotics and he ready again. Couple young ones gonna have to pick up the slack.
