Ray had me out again with his cousin Eddie and friends. I brought cd bailey with her new dress, cd LT son of bailey and strike dog blue. Started out warm and it got cold fast. Took about 45 minutes or so then eddies black dog lalu got a nice sow lined out. We let LT to him to seal the deal. They struck another one but didn't get it settled down. Thanks for having me out ray and eddie

Here it is guys. Take your back strap and filet it open then hammer it flat like you would for chicken fried. Then take whatever you like and stuff it. So many options. I took cream cheese, blueberries and crushed almonds. Then wrap it with bacon to hold it together. Then grill, smoke or put it in the oven. Let set for 15 to 20 minutes. Cut it like rolls like sushi ( meat sushi). Then I took cream cheese and grandmas grape jelly and heated it up till its like paste. Spoon full on each one and top them with a crushed granola. There are so many ways to do this. Get creative. Hope you can enjoy a new way to do back strap

Good hog & looks like it is going to be tasty. What kind of vests are you running on the baydogs?
