Hey guys, hopefully one of you might know what’s up with my collar. I let my buddy use my system while I was in Afghanistan, and when I went hunting last weekend one of my collars wasn’t working. It pairs to the alpha fine, and shows the track ID, but does not have any info showing, such as the battery level and distance traveled, and it’s not showing up on the map. I just did a factory reset on the collar as well as a software update and it still has the same issue

When you add it to the Alpha does a message appear saying that it interferes with another collar?

No, it doesn’t. It pairs to the alpha just fine. I actually made it about 20 minutes in to my hunt last weekend before realizing I didn’t have a track on it. Managed to get the dog to come back and thought the collar was just turned off but it was paired fine. Just doesn’t show any of the info and doesn’t show a track

If the green light on the collar is just single blinking... you’ll have to send it in. You’ll have communication, but no GPS signal.
