Made a hunt after work really trying to get my young catchdog Dozer on some hogs.We caught 3 and one was a sure enough rank Ol Boar.I had to catch Cypress up cause she was gonna keep us out all night relayin.Dogs all did good Dozer is getting lots of foot to butt therapy on his handling skills but he's a dang Hammer on a hog.

I appreciate it Yall.Mike it seems like we have only had one winter in the last 8-9 yrs and by that I mean hitting the freezing mark one or two times.Supposed to be cold Monday though so we'll see....

Keeping ahold of a hog like that might make that “therapy “ he’s getting he worth it. Really like the way he looks. Good luck with him.

i've been in colorado when it was 10 below . but the coldest i ever been was in fla and 40 degrees and raining lol

   i've been in arizona when it was 115 but the hottest i ever been was in florida when it was 95 and 100% humidity!

Good hunt cracker and as always some nice looking dogs....


JDT, I worked all over PA, Ohio, and West Virginia on a drilling rig and have worked in some weather that was actually single digits  with wind chills reaching into the upper negative 20's, don't get me wrong I'm not trying to sound like a hard ass, it was cold, but it wouldn't be near as brutal as when I got home to south MS, when the temp is in the upper 30, that humidity in the air makes that wind feel like it's ripping right through you and the more you bundle up underneath the more you sweat and the worse it gets, I'm not even going to elaborate on the heat, I think everyone who lives in the southeast knows what I'm talking about....
