My job maybe giving me a promotion which will require I move to the Richardson Texas area or Helena Montana.  Any areas you can suggest that I move to that are hound friendly?

around the richardson area as long as you keep your kennels clean, dogs dont bark all night and your no in a ridiculous hoa its pretty good... Im moving back in town unfortunately from the country and dont plan on getting rid of my pack. look for houses in n.hoods who have side yards and alleys bc the new construction is all fence on fence. I dedicate a side yard to kennels

My sistership crew will, or should be going to helena, which their home base for fire season. The crew cheif is a mnt man who used to run hounds in idaho. I will ask him to source out some info and get back with you. Their report date is 1 may, unless fire season kicks off sooner, or something breaks out and they get re-routed to that fire. A couple yrs ago, we were in butte, mt, just south of helena, working a fire in the nf between both cities. It looked liked good country.

Are you a disable military vet? If so, in idaho, a person can get an out of state hunting/fishing license and tags for resident cost. Just food for thought. There is plenty of cat to run in both western mt, and all over the mnts of central-north id. Deer and elk are plentiful too. I will be driving to north id, looking for land in kooskia, orofina, lewiston, then head north to priest lake, naples and bonners ferry. Hopefully find something up there.

Why should I trade one tyrant three thousand miles away for three thousand tyrants one mile away? An elected legislature can trample a man's rights as easily as a king can!
