Anybody care to share your hog trap bait recipes? I'm trapping some now for some hay farmers, and trying different recipes for soured corn

50lb corn
1 pack yeast
2 lbs sugar
2 packs strawberry koolaid aid

Fish fertilizer and corn work well but dont get it on you smells like death but a hog has no trouble finding it.

I always used corn and mixed a little diesel in it... kept all the other critters away.

Vanilla extract on an old sock or rag.  Hang it high on the trap or a nearby branch. That’ll pull them in and dry corn should do it from there.
