Heather wanted to hunt on her birthday weekend, so we made it happen. We’ve been hunting this place pretty hard lately so I knew it would be hit or miss. The dogs finally found one and had a good bay going. We drove a few hundred yards from it and sent a few more young dogs to it. Hog decided to break and run across a clear cut... shame on him hahahaha.  Good hunt to start the year on and a good boar hog for Heather’s birthday.

Glad y’all had a good hint for her birthday. She was probably just glad you didn’t bring Britt lol. I’ll give it to you bud, those black dogs are uniform and  super good looking rascals. That’s the visual signs of a good breeder.

Thanks y’all... thanks for the compliments on the dogs.  Muddy... these labs make me smile every now and then hahahaha.

Make-em-squeal, they’re just cur dogs... they’ve got some catahoula, some old East Texas cur blood, a little black mouth cur and a splash of plott hound in them.

I bet that is Heather's black dog in the solo picture, she's earned one per the pics and stories the last couple of years.

Clue, that’s my Junior dog in the pic. That little gyp with the white foot in the other pic is Heather’s. I sent her to Heather several months back... she’s turning out really nice.
