Butchered a Barr few days ago had couple deer that I killed to cut up to I been busy 50lbs of smoke sausage 45 lbs of breakfast sausage 25 lbs of summer sausage 20 lbs of snack sticks lot of pork chops and deer steak to plus some good lard can't beat that deer meat fried in good hog lard

 I wish I was setup to do meat like that
I could do it just got to not be lazy for I know it a good bit of work

Thank y'all yea it's pretty good bit of work I like to do it some and about have everything to do it with so it ain't to bad I poured a slab for building going build me a little meat processing building with walk in cooler in it just waiting on building to get put up now then in be lot nicer have place to skin and process and a cooler have my smokehouse under drop shed off of it

3 or 4 days I smoked the sausage yesterday smoked summer sausage today going to smoke the snack sticks tomorrow

I deboned a ham and split it up so I could get it cured faster I put in cure Christmas Eve I smoked em today they turned out pretty dang good
