So I looked on the ol Google but can’t find anything about Texas law. Maybe I’m just computer dumb, I can find other state info but TX just comes up with the dang tether law, or game retrieval.
Is there a written law for Texas saying illegal to remove a hunting dog’s tracking collar without permission then take it and the dog to their house?
My buddy is having an issue. Thank y’all.

He didn’t say but I assumed a curdog. He doesn’t hunt out that way though so probably not
