RATTLESNAKES SALT AND PEPPER
1/4 CUP YELLOW CORN MEAL
SALT AND PEPPER RATTLESNAKE MEAT. ROLL IN CORN MEAL AND LAY ON WAX PAPER. PAN FRY IN OIL UNTIL BROWN ON BOTH SIDES. SERVE WITH BARBEQUE OR TARTAR SAUCE.
