1 STICK BUTTER OR MARGARINE 1 CUP PEARL ONIONS
1 CUP CHICKEN BOUILLON SALT & PEPPER
1 CUP RED WINE
IN A DUTCH OVEN MELT BUTTER TO BUBBLING. BROWN RABBIT ON ALL SIDES. ADD BOUILLON AND WINE. COVER AND SIMMER SLOWLY FOR 1 ½ TO 2 HOURS. ADD MUSHROOMS AND ONIONS; CONTINUE COOKING UNCOVERED FOR 30 MINUTES. CORRECT SEASONING AND SERVE.
