Venison Meatloaf

Ingredients:
1-pound ground venison
1/3 cup ketchup
1/3 cup mustard
1 egg, beaten
1 onions, chopped
¾ bag of crackers, crushed
1 Tablespoons black pepper
1 Teaspoon oregano
1 Teaspoon basil
1 Teaspoon rosemary, for top
 
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl.
Place in 13x9-casserole dish and sprinkle with rosemary.
Bake for 45 minutes or until cooked through and brown on top.
 
Tip: Line pan with foil for an easy clean up. Serves 6.
