YOU WILL NEED A LARGE DEEP DISH TO HOLD THE RIBS IN WHILE THEY MARINADE. CLEAN AND TRIM RIBS. RUB RIBS DOWN WITH MODERATE AMOUNT OF RIB RUB. SPRINKLE A SMALL AMOUNT OF MONTREAL STEAK SEASONING (JUST A LITTLE OR YOU WILL OVERSPICE THEM!). PLACE IN DEEP DISH MEAT SIDE DOWN. POUR SMALL AMOUNT OF KENS ITALIAN DRESSING OVER RIBS. THEN TURN TO MEAT SIDE UP AND POUR REMAINDER OF KENS ITALIAN DRESSING OVER RIBS. COVER AND MARINATE IN FRIDGE OVERNIGHT.

THE NEXT DAY HEAT SMOKER GRILL TO BROIL TEMPERATURE. BROWN RIBS, REMOVE AND WRAP WELL IN ALUMINUM FOIL (HEAVY DUTY). SMOKE OVER LOW TEMPERATURE (AROUND 225 F) FOR 2 HOURS. ENJOY!
